Patent Licensing Specialist                                                                                       East Coast

Responsibilities:    

bullet Identify potential licensing targets and patents to be licensed.
bullet Participate in the development and execution of strategies and tactics associated with patent licensing program.
bullet Initiate and negotiate license agreements with potential licensing targets, and assist with the drafting of license agreements.
bullet Set priorities for the company's patent licensing program.
bullet Perform IP due diligence in connection with prospective acquisitions.

Requirements:
bullet Minimum two years experience in negotiating patent license agreements with relevant financial and business experience.
bullet BSEE required.
bullet MBA preferred.
bullet Experience in wireless communications or related fields a plus.
