Hybrid/Exclusive Search

An exclusive search, tailored to the client’s requirements, recommended for specialized situations.

Provides many of the same services as in the retained search.

Ebert Wolfe & Co. will reach agreement with the client on exclusivity for a reasonable period of time to conduct the search.

Professional fees are based on either a fixed fee or percentage of compensation. Retainer may or may not be required.

The balance of the fee will be due only upon successful completion of the search.

An incentivized, hybrid search is also offered, providing Ebert Wolfe & Co. with incentives for rapid completion of the assignment.
Contingent Search - No retainer is required

Ebert Wolfe & Co. will access our extensive network and comprehensive databases to identify, screen and refer qualified candidates.

Ebert Wolfe & Co. will coordinate and monitor the entire placement process.
